Philosophy & ObjectivesUnder the management of six generations of the Seyrling family the former 16th century Augustinian monastery has became a famous Tirolean five-star luxury hotel.
Hotel Klosterbräu is situated in the heart of Seefeld’s pedestrian zone. Within the thick walls of the former monastery 76 rooms and 22 suites provide accommodation for holiday makers from all over the world. The owners and the team see themselves as hosts and not as managers – an attitude that our guests appreciate and feel in every corner of our house. The old monastic vaults and the traditional infrastructure have been sensibly completed with five-star standards and this makes our guests feel at home as well as does the individual service and the consistently praised unique ambience of the hotel.
Our guests spend their winter or summer holidays at our hotel for the following reasons: they want to relax, enjoy themselves and feel good within the unequalled elegant Tirolean atmosphere of our hotel.
We want the hotel to remain the same size, maintain quantitative standards and constantly improve qualitative standards for example by expanding recreation and relaxation zones.
We do not belong to any group or association as our hotel can not be categorized conventionally. Whether at Ritter Oswald Stube, which has been awarded two toques by Gault Millau, in the old monastery courtyard, the rustic Bräukeller or the vaults hall we always offer first-class menus created mainly from local produce supplied by regional, long-term business partners. The excellent service is only the icing on the cake.
We spare no effort in order to satisfy our guests’ needs, because it’s our dream to fulfil all your expectations. Our services help to win and retain the confidence of our guests. We constantly listen to your needs and requests and deliberately see the world through the eyes of our customers.
Our team consists of likeable and open-minded personalities in order to establish close bonds between our house, the team members and our guests. However we are always willing to accept new innovations as long as they come along with creativity, motivation, the willingness to learn and energy. Our team members represent Hotel Klosterbräu while working and in their free-time. Therefore we don’t force them TO SMILE but we make them smile via motivation, integration and excellent accommodation. Hotel KLOSTERBRÄU shall be a positive part of employees’ CVs and be a bonus for their future. This is why we challenge and promote our team members according to our vision.
This method of management guarantees sustainable success for our business and secures the jobs of those who want to become long-term partners.
The hosts and owners, the Seyrling family, have been managing Hotel KLOSTERBRÄU for 200 years and want to preserve it for future generations with the help of loyal customers and strong business partners.
We recognise that our social, economic, ethic and environmental responsibilities are integral to our business. Therefore we contribute to the good of our guests, our partners, our suppliers, our banks, the authorities, the general public and our employees. We win widespread recognition by the benefits we offer.
Continuity, transparency and integration are of utmost importance concerning our donors in order to have enough financial means to react to different influences. KLOSTERBRÄU’s long-term success is guaranteed by constant investments and innovations – we want to set new standards in the future without forgetting our past. We act independently and individually, however we adopt a market-oriented approach.
We aim at the following image for Hotel Klosterbräu: We remain young in spite of many years of history; we are cheerful and offer excellent service and top-quality products to our guests. There is no difference between our high demands and the actual service. We communicate a consistent image.
We know what hospitality means and for us it’s like the air we breathe. |
