An impressive contemporary witness of the historic past is our 500 year old wine cellar. We want to invite you to an exclusive aperitif. There you get to know the host family Seyrling and the tradition and history of the “old monastery of Sevelt”.

Our head chef Johannes Partoll will show you some mysteries of the gourmet kitchen. Enjoy your meal in an fantastic atmosphere within the half board (without extra charge) at 19:30 in the kitchen together with other guests and our kitchen-team. Guests which are on booked bed & breakfast can also take part at this dinner with an extra charge of € 45,50 per person. We have just delimited spaces so please book with our Maître d`hotel Günter Wolf till Thursday on 12.00am. Thanks.
