If spending three nights or more on a gourmet half-board basis, you will receive a free spa treatment of choice in our monastic Beauty Oasis for each day and room.

Our guests are used to receiving good and attentive service as well as exquisite and harmoniously combined dishes when enjoying the 5-course menu of their choice. Our gourmet half-board arrangement has given them the opportunity to have dinner also in our rustic Bräukeller restaurant. According to the motto Dine Around, our guests now also have the chance to spend dinner in the 500-year-old vaults on selected dates or on request. From the winter season onwards, you will be able to look over the shoulder of our chef and his kitchen team. In the course of our Kitchen Party, dinner will be served in the hotel kitchen on selected dates.

Benefit from one of our new services right at the beginning of the day: Those who have a swim in our pool or go to the sauna in the morning can look forward to enjoying a small but healthy breakfast at the pool bar including mueslis, juices and wholemeal bread.
Of course you can still help yourself to our popular late riser’s breakfast for night owls, which is served until 3pm next to the fireplace.
