THE GEWÖLBESAAL (VAULTS HALL) – accommodating up to 180 people

Gala evening with gourmet menu and musical entertainment. Classy ambiance and wide bank of windows providing views of the pedestrian precinct. Our kitchen team will spoil you with excellent menus and local produce.

RITTER OSWALD STUBE – accommodating up to 90 people

The Klosterbräu is a synonym for culinary delights and the art of hospitality. Treat yourself to an aperitif at the piano bar or in the antique wine cellar, followed by an exquisite surprise menu or a seasonal menu of your choice in our prize-winning à la carte restaurant. The select wines are stored in the historic wine cellar, the heart of our house.

THE RUSTIC BRÄUKELLER FOR TRADITIONAL TYROLEAN EVENINGS – up to 150 people

At the Bräukeller we serve Tyrolean specialties and delicacies as well as excellent Austrian dishes. Traditional live music invites you shake your leg and makes the Bräukeller a popular meeting place with locals and guests alike – not only on Sundays when the weekly musical brunch with veal sausages and pretzels is hosted.

THE MONASTIC WINE CELLAR – up to 35 people for apéritifs and 12 people for dinner

Experience the delight of a wine-tasting session or an unforgettable candlelight dinner in our 500-year-old vaults, surrounded by 6,000 select grape varieties from the classic wine-growing areas in the world. Regularly, the Seyrling family leads its guests through the antique building while narrating the story of the former Monastery of Sevelt over a glass of fine wine.

THE PIANO BAR – cocktail receptions for up to 120 people

The cozy hotel bar lends itself to enjoying select drinks and cocktails. Piano music and the romantic fireplace provide the perfect setting for having an aperitif and finishing off an eventful day.

THE KANNE NIGHT CLUB – accommodating up to 200 people

The legendary night club made the Klosterbräu particularly well-known during the 1960s and 1970s. Numerous internationals stars performed on the club’s stage. It is equipped with a light and sound system and provides the ideal location for celebrating ultimate events including music and show programmes.

THE SIGLU – accommodating up to 80 people

At the Siglu, the big world meets in minimal space. International and cool, yet cosy and convivial. All those who fancy a great party time should not miss out on dropping by the Siglu - the glass igloo is the meeting point for all locals and guests in winter. Immerse yourself in rock music and popular evergreens until the sun rises. Decide for yourself what you like best: the drinks, the music or the atmosphere!

THE KLOSTERHOF COURTYARD – cocktail receptions for up to 150 people

During summer the old Klosterhof courtyard lends itself to hosting atmospheric apéritifs and gala dinners under starry skies.

THE KAPUZINERKELLER VAULTS – accommodating up to 20 persons

In the Kapuzinerkeller vaults we serve both Tyrolean and international specialities as well as excellent Austrian cuisine.

THE KITCHEN PARTY

During one of our kitchen parties you will have the opportunity of looking over the shoulder of our kitchen team. You will be sharing one table in the middle of the hotel kitchen and, for a change, you will not be served by waiters but by the cooks themselves. (On request.)

During summer our roof terrace lends itself to spending atmospheric evenings.

Casino on Tour – the Casino offers a special kind of promotion unique to Austria providing the opportunity of hosting casino games and creating a game atmosphere at (almost) any location of choice. Suitable for any kind of incentive request, be it right at the hotel or in a mountain hut in the middle of the skiing area.
The selection of mobile games available ranges from gaming tables to complete casino facilities including slot machines, Black Jack, poker, roulette, Wheel of Fortune etc.

Casino on Tour is subject to the Austrian gambling laws. Therefore it is not possible to gamble for cash or amounts of money. However, it is possible to draw non-cash prizes or prizes in kind for promotional purposes. It is also possible to host “Charity Games” which are based on voluntary donations and offer the chance of winning non-cash prizes. The proceeds must be donated to a charity organisation.

The seminar offered by the Klosterbräu is definitely a highlight not to be missed and is both highly entertaining and instructive.

What does “original wort” mean? What is the Reinheitsgebot? What is the difference between top-fermenting and bottom-fermenting yeast? How is dark beer made? How long does the brewing process take? You would like to find out more about the country’s most popular beverage by attending a jovial seminar and savour the beer menu prepared by our kitchen while tasting a wide variety of different kinds and types of beer?

Take part in the first beer seminar held at the Klosterbräu????? in Seefeld / Tyrol.

A vivid presentation supported by audiovisual material, held by a beer expert, accompanied by eight local beer specialities served in proper tasting glasses. You will realise that if you know exactly what you drink, the taste will be a lot more intense.
