Hello Laura.  This is Elaine Walters here from Wales.  Richard and I spent a wonderful week with you at the hotel from 1st - 8th August this year.  You may remember us?  We celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary when we were with you and Richard also had a birthday celebration when we ate in the wine cellar.

We would like to say a big thank you to you and the family for making our holiday so memorable.  We had a wonderful time!  The hotel staff did everything they could to make our holiday so enjoyable.

We plan to return to your hotel during February 2011 with two friends.  I know you said that it is possible to fly to Innsbruck or maybe Munich and someone from the hotel could meet us there.  We will DEFINITELY be in touch again in the near future as soon as I know when my school holidays will be in February 2011.

Once again, many, many thanks and we send you our best wishes for a good holiday before the winter season starts.
