ReferencesHospitality for six generations
“The monks do not adhere to rules“! This is what the insubordinate monks were blamed for by their superiors in 1613 and this is the phrase that the Seyrling family adopted as a principle. For six generations, the Seyrling family has run the Hotel Klosterbräu according to this principle: the human being is the centre of attention; structures and rules have to be adapted to the human being's wishes and needs. The companies which hold meetings in the five-star Hotel Klosterbräu also benefit from this secret of success. Everything is possible, there are no preset programmes. Each seminar, each incentive is planned and organized individually and flexibly. The seminars in our monastery are so innovative not least because we live a principle which is often regarded as old-fashioned today: paying attention to human needs. These needs have not changed since Maximilian the Emperor. Warmth, friendship and togetherness. |
