Dear Mr. Seyrling,
 
We are now back in Scotland after spending a wonderful holiday in your beautiful country. We loved your Hotel and it was a delight to meet your lovely family. We were delighted with our room (233) - always kept spotlessly clean and all our needs anticipated before we had to ask. The dining-room experience was superb - the waiting Staff were a real credit to you all. There was a lovely atmosphere of warmth throughout the Hotel - again thanks to your well-trained and friendly staff.
 
Our next week was spent at the Weisses Rossl in Kitzbuhel - what a contrast!! A very cold , uninviting atmosphere, and without Inghams guests there were only 2 other couples. They closed last Sat. after we left as they were not busy. The food I must say was beautiflly cooked and presented but no ambience whatsoever - we won't be back. Certainly no gifts to take home from there -  not even chocs. on the pillow!! A very impersonal place which should have been very good.
 
Please convey our sincere thanks to all your staff for treating us like royalty. We must come back! We have such happy memories.
