Our technician will be pleased to take care of the technical aspects of your event in order to make it a full success. Our technician’s services will be charged at an hourly rate of € 25.

    • Selection of fruit and natural yoghurt 

  6. FROM THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN
    • Fresh Fruits on the stick with molten chocolate from the fountain


All Breaks include Coffee and a selection of teas.

Additional service "Carefree package"

The Klosterbräu will be pleased to assist you in preparing and organising additional services for your event.

  1. HOSPITALITY DESK
    • In order to create the appropriate setting for welcoming your guests, we provide a Hospitality Desk in the reception hall free of charge. You can use the desk for providing your guests with information leaflets and for taking registrations.

  2. SERVICE PERSONNEL
    • The costs for our service staff are included in your package until midnight. After midnight, we charge € 25 per staff member for each hour or part thereof.

  3. CLOAKROOM
    • We will be pleased to provide coatracks free of charge. Please note, however, that we will not accept any liability for any items that have been deposited. Should you wish staffed cloakroom facilities, we will be pleased to arrange this service for a surcharge.

  4. TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
    • Together with one of our qualified partners, we will gladly assist you in creating the perfect environment for your event in terms of sound, lighting and stage design.

  5. CLEANING
    • Basic cleaning of the rooms is included in the rental price. However, in case of damages or if the rooms are left in an excessively dirty state, we will have to charge an extra cleaning fee (charged by the hour).

  6. PARKING
    • You can use our car park free of charge during your stay. Alternatively, you can rent garage parking spots near the hotel for a fee of € 15 per night (located at about 100 m).

  7. MENUS
    • We will gladly take care of designing the menu cards and decorating the tables to suit the occasion. This will be done according to your needs for a surcharge. Our standard menu cards can be used free of charge.

  8. DECORATION
    • We will be glad to take care of themed flower arrangements in the right colours to suit your event. Please let us know your ideas and requirements and we will submit you a quote according to your budget and specifications.

  9. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
    • We will gladly arrange the appropriate background music to suit the occasion. An offer for a themed music and entertainment programme prepared by selected partners and artists is available on request.

  10. PHOTOGRAPHER
    • If you would like to have photos taken of your event, we will be pleased to commission a photographer or establish contact in order to discuss further details.

  11. CI, LOGOS
    • We will be pleased to add your logos to the menus, signposts and electronic displays free of charge. In addition to that, the stone wall of the Augustiner Chor conference room can be illuminated according to your CI.

  12. FLAGS and BANNERS
    • In front of the hotel, a flagpole and opportunities for attaching banners are available.
