And that's exactly what they need to lay the most delicious eggs, which are then lovingly placed for you in the HAPPY EGGS WAND. Younique delicacies. From strawberry to raspberry to apricot jam – there is something for every taste. All our jams are made in our monastery kitchen, some of them even with fruits from our own farm.

Hay milk from our own farm
Our goal is to produce 80% of the hay milk we need on our own farm by 2026. A very ambitious figure, but definitely achievable.

Vegan/vegetarian cuisine
Since 2020, our menu in the à la carte restaurant Bräukeller Grill & Veggie includes 50% vegan/vegetarian dishes. In addition, 30% of the dishes in our Gourmet half board will be converted to vegan/vegetarian by 2025.

This graphic gives you a brief overview of which foods are used in our Klosterbräu kitchen in which season. We attach great importance to the regionality of our food and our menu plan is also based on this.
