By the light of the full moon and torches

In January, the full moon skating event is once again being held in Seefeld. An unforgettable experience under the starry night sky!

Torches, bonfires, punch, and mulled wine – sounds romantic, doesn’t it? Well, at the start of the year, you can experience a very special event in this magical winter atmosphere: full moon skating in Seefeld! Illuminated by the full moon and flickering torches, you can see the Torfstich cross-country ski trail in a whole new light on 21 January. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the roundabout right outside the Olympiabad Seefeld pool. From there, a shuttle bus will take you to Wildmoos, where you can have a good workout or simply soak up the peace while gliding through this special setting. Afterwards, you can take a break and enjoy refreshments at Wildmoosalm hut. At 9 p.m., the bus will bring you back to the Olympiabad. And the next day, you’ll have earned a good dose of wellness at our hotel in Seefeld. Participation in the event is limited, so make sure you register in good time. The event costs €15 including a cup of mulled wine or punch, bus transfers, and free use of the cross-country ski trail.
