Bonnie (still) without Clyde

Our faithful, four-legged companion and security chief "Moritz", has unfortunately gone on his last journey this year. The unofficial mayor of Seefeld (at least that was in keeping with his strong character) was an important part of our family for over 14 years and countless guests also miss him at the head of our hotel stairs. There is no replacement for him and we miss him very much. Thank you for your loyalty.

Through a tip from dear regular guests, little "Bonnie" surprisingly came into our lives. As a real Border Collie, her upbringing will certainly be as challenging as Moritz's was :) Family life and open-heartedness are deeply rooted in her genes and on our farm she can fully live out her herding and protective instinct. Welcome little furball!

Services for your best friend

Room with garden access

Our rooms with direct access to the garden are especially popular with dog owners - please book early due to the limited number of rooms.

Off an on the leash

Directly behind the hotel you will find our 150,000m² walking and dog-walking area - where your four-legged darlings can romp and relax off-leash. Dogs are welcome directly in the hotel garden around our outdoor pool and on the sunbathing lawn, but please keep them on a leash.

In the restaurant

You are welcome to take your dog with you to meals, as long as your dog's snout does not reach the edge of the table (stick size of approx. 60 cm). This applies to our main restaurant for breakfast and dinner and in our à la carte restaurant "Bräukeller & Grill" all day. We ask for your understanding that only one dog per table is possible.

For the canine connoisseur

An exquisite menu for the four-legged feel-good factor.
we offer premium dog food from Dinner for dogs and an à la carte menu for the pets with the wet snout or the rough tongue.

Surprise, surprise

For all four-legged new arrivals, a fine goodie awaits in the basket.
This is lovingly packed and delivered by our cooperation partner and dog experts Tauleinen.

The surprise inside should not be missed by dog and owner.

Doggy adventures

A swimming opportunity in the Wildsee for dogs is only a few minutes' walk from the house. The Seefeld region offers numerous walking and hiking trails.

Dog accessories

Dog bowls and cosy sleeping pillows are already in your room and numerous drinking stations are distributed throughout our hotel.

Safety on 4 paws

There is no main road near the house and if the worst comes to the worst, loving vets are close by.

Care and hygiene

We are happy to provide dog waste bags for your walks. Dog towels and cleaning facilities at the hotel entrances are a matter of course for us.

Fees for dogs

We charge € 35.00 per night and per dog as well we charge a one-off final cleaning fee of € 45,00 per room.

Dear Klosterbräu Family,

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to EVERYONE for the countless messages and the incredible outpouring of support. Please know that we are all safe.

At present, we are still in an orientation phase and in close coordination with authorities and partners. As difficult as it is for us to say: based on current information, we unfortunately will not be able to welcome you during the upcoming summer season. Our major goal, however, is to reopen the Klosterbräu at the beginning of December 2026. We are currently contacting all reservations that fall within this period. Thank you for your patience.

We are doing everything in our power—with full commitment, day by day—to make this possible. Over the course of the summer, we will be able to better assess whether this timeline can be met.

To stay closely connected with us, we warmly invite you to follow our latest updates via our WhatsApp channel, Instagram, Facebook, or by subscribing to our newsletter.

There is one thing we can say with full conviction:
Alongside the necessary reconstruction work, we will also bring our heartfelt projects to life—

including the expansion of the wellness area, a new natural swimming pond, new rooms, and the renovation of the existing spa.

Something new is being created—while at the same time preserving what lies at the very heart of the Klosterbräu.

Because we know:
What truly lives within the Klosterbräu cannot be taken by fire—rooted in its history, new beauty will rise from the ashes.

With warm regards

Your hosts
