Regional Genial

A company that has developed over 6 generations is deeply rooted in its environment and surroundings. We work exclusively with suppliers and partners who share our attitude towards people, animals and nature. We are not a certified organic hotel, but organic in all its facets is deeply anchored in our hotel. We carefully consider in which areas regionality takes precedence over an organic claim and are constantly developing further. We are also growing.

Honey & Honey Products

For our vegetarian farm & petting zoo "Sigis Sauhaufen" a variety of flowering fruit trees, vegetable, herb & berry bushes as well as our own hops and a flower meadow are cultivated. We allow the bees to take some of the honey for their good care and use it for our breakfast honey, our honey soaps and a variety of cosmetic products such as lip balm and hand creams. Our Beelicious honey is of course also available to take home.

Plateau potato

A joint project of the Seefeld holiday region. The aim is to promote, collaborate and grow regional products ourselves with the aim of getting several farmers to grow this product again in larger quantities. This year we are starting with the first project – the Plateau potato.

Dear Klosterbräu Family,

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to EVERYONE for the countless messages and the incredible outpouring of support. Please know that we are all safe.

At present, we are still in an orientation phase and in close coordination with authorities and partners. As difficult as it is for us to say: based on current information, we unfortunately will not be able to welcome you during the upcoming summer season. Our major goal, however, is to reopen the Klosterbräu at the beginning of December 2026. We are currently contacting all reservations that fall within this period. Thank you for your patience.

We are doing everything in our power—with full commitment, day by day—to make this possible. Over the course of the summer, we will be able to better assess whether this timeline can be met.

To stay closely connected with us, we warmly invite you to follow our latest updates via our WhatsApp channel, Instagram, Facebook, or by subscribing to our newsletter.

There is one thing we can say with full conviction:
Alongside the necessary reconstruction work, we will also bring our heartfelt projects to life—

including the expansion of the wellness area, a new natural swimming pond, new rooms, and the renovation of the existing spa.

Something new is being created—while at the same time preserving what lies at the very heart of the Klosterbräu.

Because we know:
What truly lives within the Klosterbräu cannot be taken by fire—rooted in its history, new beauty will rise from the ashes.

With warm regards

Your hosts
