Our brewing craft can be traced all the way back to the Augustinian monks in the early 16th century. That’s over 500 years of history! On an exclusive brewery tour with master brewer Florian, you have the opportunity to get an insight into this centuries-old craft. Today, Florian dedicates himself heart and soul to the art of brewing in the brewery at our family hotel in Seefeld. As part of your guided tour, he’ll introduce you to his six beer specialities. For example, have you ever tasted “Champagne Beer”? Give it a try! So that you’re not drinking on an empty stomach, the tasting is accompanied by small snacks.
By the way, the style of our beers also makes experts mouths water. Slim bodied, lightly carbonated, slightly hoppy, and delicately bitter, it’s a delight for all palates. During your visit, you simply have to sample our select beer specialities, such as our latest creation “Karwendilirium” with 13.5% original gravity and 6% alcohol. Cheers to you!

At present, we are still in an orientation phase and in close coordination with authorities and partners. As difficult as it is for us to say: based on current information, we unfortunately will not be able to welcome you during the upcoming summer season. Our major goal, however, is to reopen the Klosterbräu at the beginning of December 2026. We are currently contacting all reservations that fall within this period. Thank you for your patience.
We are doing everything in our power—with full commitment, day by day—to make this possible. Over the course of the summer, we will be able to better assess whether this timeline can be met.
