What’s sprouting and growing in our vegetable patch?
We love April! Do you feel the same? In March, we were already busy sowing and planting in our vegetable patches. The gentle rays of spring sunshine have worked real wonders: Everywhere you look, things are germinating and sprouting. Soon we’ll be able to harvest the first lettuces and serve them to you fresh. In the coming months, the carrots, chard, beans, radishes, celery, sugar snap peas, cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, and peas will also grow and ripen. We bring them from the field directly into the kitchen and turn them into delicious cuisine – it doesn’t get much fresher and more regional than that! Look forward to a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, freshly prepared by our creative kitchen team. Is your mouth watering yet?

Dear Klosterbräu Family,
Following the fire on April 13, 2026, our Klosterbräu will remain closed until further notice. The necessary restoration work is extensive, which means we will unfortunately not be able to reopen this summer.
Planned reopening: December 1, 2026. Reservations are already open now 😊
