For our vegetarian farm & petting zoo "Sigis Sauhaufen" a variety of flowering fruit trees, vegetable, herb & berry bushes as well as our own hops and a flower meadow are cultivated. We allow the bees to take some of the honey for their good care and use it for our breakfast honey, our honey soaps and a variety of cosmetic products such as lip balm and hand creams. Our Beelicious honey is of course also available for home use ;)

HAPPY CHICKS + HAPPY EGGS = HAPPY GUESTS. Happy eggs from happy chickens. At the moment our chicks are frolicking in Sigi's pigsty over our snow-covered parish hill, in summer they find the freshest and tastiest grasses here. And that's exactly what they need to lay the most delicious eggs, which are then lovingly placed in the HAPPY EGG wall for YOU. From there, every guest can take out their very own egg from their room compartment and prepare it themselves.

Since 2022, we have even had our own YOUNIQUE wild herb tea blend in the hotel – a lovingly coordinated composition of herbs from the Seefeld plateau, lovingly put together by our herb fairy Johanna Krug. You can enjoy this YOUNIQUE tea blend on site at our hotel or purchase it in our monastery shop to take home.

We attach great importance to the regionality of our food and our menu plan is also based on this. While spinach and wild garlic are in season at the beginning of the year, leek and pumpkin make it into our kitchen in autumn.
