Shampoo & Soap Dispenser
Carefully selected for you, the products of the Walde family, who have been producing high-quality articles from natural raw materials in nearby Innsbruck for more than 240 years. Walde organic soaps are saponified with coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil from controlled organic cultivation and enriched with high-quality essential oils. Our own Klosterbräu Edition developed by the Walde family and Hotel Klosterbräu – here you can feel the know-how of 13 generations. By switching care products such as shampoos, shower gels and lotions exclusively to pump dispensers, we save over 35,000 plastic bottles every year.

We source 90% of our bread requirements from the traditional bakery family Ruetz. This does not apply to our traditional Klsoterbrot – this is lovingly made by our chef Julius in our hotel kitchen.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to EVERYONE for the countless messages and the incredible outpouring of support. Please know that we are all safe.
At present, we are still in an orientation phase and in close coordination with authorities and partners. As difficult as it is for us to say: based on current information, we unfortunately will not be able to welcome you during the upcoming summer season. Our major goal, however, is to reopen the Klosterbräu at the beginning of December 2026. We are currently contacting all reservations that fall within this period. Thank you for your patience.
We are doing everything in our power—with full commitment, day by day—to make this possible. Over the course of the summer, we will be able to better assess whether this timeline can be met.
