How can we attend to the needs of our body with mindfulness? Through conscious movement, breathing exercises, meditation and self-exploration, we will achieve deep relaxation while learning techniques to strengthen our bodies and develop mental and emotional balance. The retreat is enriching for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a beneficial time out full of yoga, connection, laughter and sharing with great people. Regardless of your current yoga level. Vinyasa Flow, Breathwork and Yin Yoga are combined.
Equipment: Mats, blocks, harnesses - all available on site.
Leisure activities: Walks, hikes (alone or in a group), day trips, swimming, spa treatments, sauna area etc.
Food: Gourmet halfboard, vegetarian and vegan options also available.
Inclusive for participants: Aperitif in the wine cellar with family, as well as all other inclusive services.
