Health, wellbeing, and enjoyment – through the balance of body, mind, and soul. That is why we offer yoga, Pilates, and qigong several times a week – free of charge for beginners and advanced students.
Hostess Cristina Seyrling is responsible for the yoga programme. For our hotel guests, every yoga and gymnastics class is free of charge and takes place in a unique setting, the premises of the former monastery.
Please register at the reception desk by the evening before.
