A gourmet-holiday in Klosterbräu starts with a rich breakfast buffet that is inspired by TCM. We have a unique selection from freshly squeezed juices. Those who prefer to sleep a little bit longer in our comfortable beds, can enjoy the equally exquisite late-rise breakfast. The late-rise breakfast is served until 12:00 in the Vitalbistro. In the Ritter-Oswald Stube is the 6-course gourmet menu included in the half-board. In the 500-year old wine cellar the wine lovers are tempted to taste the best wines in the world. In the wine cellar are thousand bottles of exquisite wines in vault stylishly staged. The trendy Steakhouse Bräukeller & Grill is convinced with the Tyrolean specialties and his excellent Austrian cuisine in a historic ambience.
The klosterhof is our popular dinner location in the summer. Incidentally there is a small chapel in de monastery courtyard, which is ideally suited to ask the questions of al asked questions. The homebrewed beer is the best microbrewery in Austria, it is the best sampled at the cozy hotel bar of the Maximilianlounge.
If someone looks back in the history of Klosterbäu, it is possible that the stated monks, in addition to a very pronounced self-sufficiency, had an equally active barter trade with other orders, monasteries and distant lands. The original principles are an important part of our new restaurant. The concept manifests itself in the respective drinks and food offering.
